Mary Nealon

Principal / River Scientist

Mary NealonMs. Nealon holds a Master of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries biology from the University of Vermont.  She has thirty years of experience working in the environmental field, and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.  Mary has considerable experience performing stream geomorphic assessments and has designed numerous stream and wetland restoration projects in Vermont.  Ms. Nealon has completed several fluvial geomorphology courses from Dave Rosgen focusing on river monitoring, assessment, and design, as well as Phase 2 Stream Geomorphic Assessment training courses in Vermont. Mary lives near Mount Hunger in Middlesex, Vermont with her husband, two sons, and dog, Addie. When she’s not working, you can find Mary hiking, snowshoeing, and enjoying music in the hills of Middlesex.
